Residents of the Mullumbimby hinterland descended on the Mullumbimby markets on Saturday July 21st to preserve the drumming circle, an intense and significant part of the region's cultural heritage. The dedicated band of passionate followers are no stranger to Newton's first law, that has spawned attempts to have them ejected, tamed, or constrained at a variety of venues.
